Job Summary
We're on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented RPA Business Analysts to join us on exciting automation and digital transformation projects.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, identify automation opportunities, and support the implementation of Robotic Process Automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and document automation opportunities across business units.
- Conduct detailed process analysis and create current and future state process maps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Prepare Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and assist in creating Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
- Work closely with RPA developers to ensure accurate and efficient bot development.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post-deployment support.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users to define process workflows.
- Monitor automated processes and work on continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and organizational policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on RPA preferred.
- Familiarity with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Strong documentation skills and experience in creating PDDs and process maps.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with tools like MS Visio, JIRA, or Confluence is an advantage.
