Description

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement RPA solutions using various automation tools.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
Design and optimize existing automated processes for better performance.
Maintain and support existing RPA solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues as they arise.
Document processes and maintain design specifications for all RPA solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Strong programming skills in languages like C#, Python, or Java.
Experience with workflow analysis and process mapping.
Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
