Description
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in designing and implementing RPA solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Conduct process assessments to evaluate the feasibility of automation.
- Maintain and support existing RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Document development processes, coding standards, and project updates.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in RPA development using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with process analysis and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
