Job Description


Role:

  • Develop and support Blue Prism automations that reduce manual work and keep business processes running reliably.
  • You'll work with Business Analysts, process owners, Solution Architects and support teams across design, development, testing and production support.

Responsibilities:

  • Build Blue Prism processes and reusable business objects.
  • Translate business requirements into practical automation solutions.
  • Use work queues, exception handling and recovery logic to ensure reliable processing.
  • Conduct unit testing, support SIT/UAT and help deploy changes into production.
  • Monitor bots, troubleshoot incidents and resolve recurring issues.
  • Integrate enterprise applications and data sources.
  • Maintain documentation and follow development, security and governance standards.

Required Skills:

  • 3–8 years of relevant IT development experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on Blue Prism development.
  • Experience building or enhancing Blue Prism processes and business objects.
  • Practical knowledge of work queues, exception handling and environment variables.
  • Experience with control rooms, scheduling, monitoring and production troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience contributing across requirements, design, testing and deployment.
  • Ability to explain technical issues and collaborate with business and technology colleagues.
