About The Role
We're in search of a RPA Developer that is ready to innovate and explore what's possible in the world or robotics. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with business operations and with our clients to create and optimize workflow processes. You'll also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing and fixing bugs.
What you'll do
- Work closely with Product Manager and with clients to gather and translate user/system requirements into design and technical solutions.
- Develop and implement the innovative Robotic Process Automation(RPA) systems which includes BOTs, development tools to streamline end-to-end property transaction processes.
- Design and develop a mechanism to monitor, report the BOT performance and work across the domains to get the BOT utilization close to 100%.
- Create and maintain operational process and end-user documentation for the application.
- Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
- Provide primary support for installation of new RPA solutions into production.
- Maintain application according to SLAs.
- Improve and optimize the performance of existing modules and components of RPA solutions.
- Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).

- Possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology or related IT courses
- Strong knowledge in JavaScript, Excel Macro and Python
- Familiar with MS Access, SQL statements and knowledge in MSSQL databases
- Understanding of web server & client
- Understanding of API services
- Good interpersonal skills, with ability to establish rapport with team members and external collaborative parties
- Adaptable, self-learning initiative and independent
- Possess strong conceptualization, detailed-oriented and execution skills
- Ability to understand and produce business process workflow diagrams or procedural documentation
- Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skill, able to exercise sound judgment based on strong logic and compelling arguments
