RSE Operations & Reliability Performance Specialist (Contract)

Principal responsibilities:

1. Monitor and provide Operation & Reliability KPI performance analysis for On-site Ops in RSE/ASEAN as per Regional Business/Ops expectations and directions as per specified timeline.
2. Monitoring & Tracking Ops KPIs (Process safety/Reliability/Productivity & Efficiency/R&M Cost/CAI/CBT,etc), and shared to regional & country Ops management in monthly calls/sessions.
3. Highlight Ops key priorities/opportunities/risk associated in timely manner. Follow through the action plans developed for closure by arranging periodic sessions between regional and local Ops management team.
4. Ownership and re-develop 1 RSE/ASEAN Ops shared page with updated links attached for Ops requirements (ie Cost Summary report). Collaborate with ROC RSE/RSE IT team to automate and digitalize all Ops KPI reportings.
5. Collating safety & technical related support required (ie RCAs/Directives drafts) for review. Follow through with the countries on actions closure and compliance.
6. Monitor major cost reduction projects tracking with country teams to ensure savings are per execution plan. Work with countries Productivity Leads to generate more productivity ideas/projects. Researching database

• for new projects and also finding new solutions which are prominent in industries.

1. Support in coordinating technical training modules to enhance CBT trainings for Ops community (either via online or FTF sessions). Overseeing regional plant managers competency programs and progress tracking.
2. Support in tracking Procurement related matters for cost improvement initiatives.
3. Assisting Regional Ops Heads in managing administrative matters when needed.

Required key skills (functional/Technical): -

• Graduate in Engineering, good in English proficiency
• High Level competency in big data analytic skills,
• Familiarization in Power BI development
• Pleasant Personality with proactiveness, self driven with focus on agenda and delivery
• Collaborative skill as need to work with many different people across countries and locations
• Min 3 years working experience in Industrial Gas Ops environment will be a good advantage
