Description
- Manage and oversee the record-to-report (RTR) process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for management reporting and decision-making.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the RTR function.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Profile
A Successful Candidates Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-7 years of experience in GL / RTR
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is an advantage.
