Description
- Support consolidation of legal entity statements and local statutory reporting across the region
- Perform operational accounting activities, including recurring month‑end tasks
- Provide advice on complex, judgement‑based accounting matters, such as non‑rule‑based accruals
- Monitor and ensure compliance with IFRS, internal accounting policies, and reporting frameworks
- Review P&L and Balance Sheet in ERP / HFM during the month and as part of agreed review cycles
- Complete A‑forms accurately and on schedule
- Actively identify recurring issues and support process improvement and standardisation, especially in balance sheet reconciliations
- Serve as a key operational contact for GBS, including escalations and transaction guidance
- Collaborate with specialised teams when deeper technical accounting expertise is required
Profile
A Successful RTR Should Have
- A few years of experience in financial accounting, operational accounting, or statutory reporting
- Practical exposure to IFRS and month‑end close processes
- Comfort reviewing financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet) in ERP or reporting systems
- A structured, detail‑oriented mindset with the confidence to handle judgement‑based accounting topics
- The ability to work collaboratively with global and shared services teams
