Job Description
- Oversee and manage the Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
- Provide guidance and support to the accounting team on RTR processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact for audits and ensure successful audit outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful RTR Process Owner Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Record-to-Report processes and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance standards.
- Experience in process improvement and implementation of best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
