Your new role

As part of the RTR function, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting critical finance processes across multiple markets.

Responsibilities may include:

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with reporting timelines.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support statutory reporting, management reporting, and audit requirements.
• Drive process improvements, standardization initiatives, and finance transformation projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and regional finance teams to resolve accounting issues and enhance reporting efficiency.
• For managerial-level positions, lead teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee service delivery excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial close processes
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or other large-scale finance platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial Services experience is an added advantage
