RTR Team Lead JL4B
We are looking for RTR Team Lead APAC region, any further information needed connect.
- Holding 6+ years of experience in RTR with team handling
- From SSC or BPO industry
- Finance Graduate with certifications like CPA, ACCA, CIMA, MIA
- APAC hours , Hybrid work arrangement
- SAP Savvy , Knowledge to operate Blackline other Reconciliation Tool
- No Travelling required as role will be operating here in 1 Powerhouse predominantly
- Strong Stakeholders engagement skill as candidate will be required to touch base with clients both in APAC as well as Global GPO's
- Strong Communication Skills
- Must have strong accounting operations exposure ( Intercompany Accounting, Transfer Pricing, Accounting for Leases, Fixed Assets Accounting)
- Ability to work within tight timelines during month end close
- Has experienced coaching/ managing colleagues locally/ international experience will be advantageous
- English speaker
