Job Description

We are seeking aSemiconductor Operations Analystto help semiconductor clients optimize their supply chain operations, material flows, and logistics processes. This role focuses on driving supply chain transformation, improving planning systems, and enhancing trade compliance across Fab, OSAT, and end-customer environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimizesupply chain operationsfor semiconductor clients, including material flows and logistics processes.
  • Conductmarket research and analysisto identify trends and opportunities in the semiconductor industry.
  • Provide actionable insights by analyzing client business, market, and competitors.
  • Map and improvebonded warehouse flows, cross-border logistics, and trade compliance processes, with a focus on Southeast Asia.
  • Contribute tosupply chain visibility initiativesand scenario modeling across planning and logistics functions.
  • Buildclient-ready deliverablesand assist project leads in managing timelines and workstreams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and IT stakeholders.
  • Developthought leadership content, such as white papers and presentations, on semiconductor supply chain topics.
  • Conductbenchmarking, competitive analysis, and diagnosticsto evaluate client maturity across operations.
  • Work in global, distributed teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

  • Exposure toS&OP, material planning, inventory control, or logistics flows.
  • Interest or experience intrade compliance(bonded warehouses, customs, cross-border flows) is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity withsupply chain planning tools(SAP APO/IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.) is preferred.

Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree inSupply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experiencein supply chain or logistics within semiconductor/electronics or similar industries.
  • Exposure toplanning tools, reporting dashboards, or trade/logistics operations.
