S2P Project Support

Job Title: S2P Project Support (Contingent Worker)

Location: SDSM

Role Purpose

Support the SAP S/4HANA SourcetoPay (S2P) transformation under Project ATLAS by providing analysis, documentation, coordination, and execution support across different phases.

Organizational relationships

The contingent worker will work closely with: S2P Business Leader; Business SMEs; IT teams; System Integrator (Delottie team) to ensure smooth execution, highquality deliverables, and timely followup across the transformation lifecycle.

Responsibilities by Phase

Valid and Align Phase Support (No decision authority)

• Support workshop preparation, documentation of currentstate processes, requirements.
• Maintain and track user stories, including status, dependencies, and updates from SMEs.
• Coordinate followups between business SMEs, IT, and Deloitte teams.
• Capture workshop outcomes and followup actions if possible

Build and Design Phase Support

• Coordinate design walkthroughs and demos; capture SME feedback and actions.
• Track RICEFW objects, including functional specification reviews (coordination only) and dependencies.
• Support data readiness activities by tracking preparation, validation, and issue resolution.
• Assist with documentation of controls and compliance requirements provided by SMEs.

Test Phase Support

• Coordinate UAT preparation, execution, defect tracking, and retesting cycles.
• Consolidate UAT results and evidence to support signoff readiness.
• Support training and golive readiness by tracking open items and cutover preparation activities.

Core Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting ERP transformation or SAP programs (S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, or similar)
• Understanding of SourcetoPay / ProcuretoPay processes
• Strong documentation and coordination skills
• Experience working with business SMEs, IT, and Delottie partners
• Comfortable tracking actions, issues, risks, and dependencies
• Strong communication and stakeholder followup skills
• Familiarity with SAP tools, JIRA, SharePoint, or similar collaboration platforms is preferred.
