We are looking for a SHE Executive to support the Factory SHE Manager in all aspects of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE).

A day in the life of...

• To support the adherence to all company principles, policies and requirements related to SHE.
• Support in compliance of SHE-related legal requirement plus giving help to develop and sustain a local network (including authorities, other factories, etc).
• Support NCE and TPM SHE-Pillar programs in the goal of 0 injuries and incidents.
• Support activities to achieve compliance with NSMS/NEMS requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.
• Coach and motivate the team in the achievement of the SHE objectives.
• Contribute to the development of competence of SHE champions and promote SHE awareness and commitment to SHE across the plant.
• Support unit readiness for internal and external audits.
• Performs trouble shooting and corrective action follow-up of non-conformities.
