Job Description

Physical Security:

  • Assist in security guard management
  • Record and coordinate security incidents investigation with team leader
  • Assist team leader in monitoring & performing emergency plans & exercises
  • Coordinate security and emergency improvements with team leader
  • Assist team leader to organize security and emergency trainings to all employees
  • Identify and monitor security risks
  • Analyze risks related to non-compliance with group policy
  • Follow up the implementation of the improvement points proposed during internal or group audits
  • Organize and monitor internal security audits.

EHS:

  • Ensure the systematic collection, calculation, and monitoring of EHS KPIs and associated action plans and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure the analysis of EHS risks for each activity are established and follow up on action plans.
  • Plan and carry out operational EHS assessments / audits
  • Write the necessary EHS instructions and guidelines.
  • Ensure the implementation of safety (of employees, industrial installations, and products)
  • Manage near misses and establish prevention plans to reduce incidents, work accidents and occupational diseases)
  • Perform legal watch review & monitoring
  • Carry out role as the Radiation Protection Officer and perform radiation protection monitoring
  • Lead and manage CSR Sustainability related activities.
  • Perform schedule waste management

Quality:

  • Report to IMS Officer on all pending or overdue improvement actions and nonconformances
  • Assist in Document Control System management
  • Assist IMS Officer (when necessary), on Internal Audit planning

Performs other related duties as assigned

Background / Requirement:

  • Possess Degree in relevant field, preferably in Environmental, Science & Technology
  • At least 3 years of working experience
  • Professional Certifications in Schedule Waste Management, OHS Coordinator or other relevant scopes related to job description above will be an added advantage.
