Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety & Health Officer at Alumac Industries Sdn Bhd, located in Sungai Buloh. The Safety & Health Officer will oversee and ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations. Responsibilities include conducting regular safety inspections, implementing health and safety policies, identifying potential hazards, and providing training to employees. The role also involves investigating incidents, maintaining related documentation, and fostering a culture of safety within the workplace.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Occupational Health and Community Health practices
• Strong knowledge of Workplace Safety and Construction Safety standards
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with employees and management
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations, audits, and compliance protocols
• Certification as a Safety & Health Officer
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Experience in manufacturing is an advantage
