  • Develop and implement the Fire Safety Management Plan and Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
  • Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety legislation, standards, and company policies.
  • Oversee the inspection, testing, and maintenance of all fire protection systems.
  • Conduct fire risk assessments and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
  • Organize fire drills, emergency exercises, and fire safety training for staff and tenants.
  • Maintain statutory fire safety records, certifications, and documentation.
  • Manage fire safety contractors, budgets, and improvement projects.
  • Safety Induction: Conducting in-house safety induction and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) training
  • Investigate incidents & prepare accident investigation reports and takes corrective action based on findings to improve workplace safety.
  • Perform routine safety inspections, audits, and ensure compliance with PPE and safe work practices on-site.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g. JKKP, CIDB, BOMBA, KKM) and ensure timely resolution of site-related issues.
  • Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and implement effective control measure

Job Requirements

  • ferably in commercial buildings or residential.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Fire Safety, Engineering, Facilities Management, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related discipline.
  • Must have successfully completed the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Coordinator Course recognized by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Malaysia or hold valid Green Book (Registered Safety & Health Officer).
