Role Description The Safety Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gebeng, Kuantan, responsible for overseeing and coordinating safety activities across Stagno Tech's facilities and projects. The role includes monitoring workplace conditions, conducting regular safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and occupational regulations. The Safety Supervisor will develop and deliver safety training, promote safe work practices, and support the implementation of safety policies and procedures. Daily tasks include identifying hazards, recommending corrective actions, and guiding teams on risk mitigation. The role also involves accident and incident investigations, preparing safety reports, and collaborating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills, with a solid understanding of relevant legislation and industry best practices.
• Candidates should possess Safety Training skills, including the ability to develop, deliver, and evaluate safety programs for diverse teams.
• Candidates should possess Safety Engineering skills, with experience in hazard identification, risk assessment, and designing practical control measures.
• Candidates should possess Accident Investigation skills, including root cause analysis, documentation, and implementation of preventive actions.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental Health, or a related field are beneficial.
• Professional certifications (Yellow book) and experience in facilities, construction, or industrial projects are advantageous.
• Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site and lead safety initiatives across multiple teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and demonstrate a proactive approach to safety culture and continuous improvement.
