Role Description Sales Manager / Branch Manager

Location: Shah Alam, Bangi, Sungai Petani, Kota Bharu & Johor Bahru

Salary:

From RM3,500 (based on experience) + commision

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager / Branch Manager to oversee daily retail operations and lead our store team towards achieving sales and service targets. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on management, and the ability to maintain high standards in customer service and store oprations.

Key Resposibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, stock control, and store adinistration

• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and perfrmance goals

• Monitor sales performance, analyse results,

and prepare rgular reports

• Ensure excellent store presentation, visual standards, and customer servie at all times

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaint professionally

• Increase showroom traffic by activities

to bring customrs to showroom:

• Implement company policies, procedures, and best practices

• Support management in driving sales

growth and opertional efficincy

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, Retail Managemen, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail managemen or supervisory roles

• Proven ability to manage staff, daily operations and sales performance

• Strong leadership, communication, nd interpersonal skills

• Able to work retail hours, including weekend

s and public holidays

•Own transport is rquired

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary from RM3,500 and above, dependingon experience
