Establish BW Scaffold as reliable and high quality service provider for scaffold.
Continuously expand market share and develop new strategic accounts.
Manager and secure continuous orders from key customer accounts.
Identify potential BW Scaffold customers and establish long term professional business relationship.
Negotiate contracts and maximise profitability for BW Scaffold.
Meet the gross profit margin and sales target set by the company.
Oversee the projects from enquiry, offer, closing order phases until project completion.
To ensure collection of accounts receivable on time.
To oversee special projects or assignments that may be assigned to you accordingly at the discretion of the Company.
Job Requirements
The candidate must possess at least a recognised degree in any discipline, preferably in business administration, construction project management, civil engineering and relevant discipline.
5 years sales management working experience in the construction or related industry (preferably scaffold or formwork industry).
Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office application such as Excel and Words.
Result-oriented and demonstrates a sound leadership mindset.
Pleasant and good presentation skills.
Possess effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English. Ability to speak in Mandarin and other local dialects will be an advantage.
