Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and providing customer support. You will also work collaboratively with internal teams to align business objectives and drive company growth. Regular reporting and market analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends will also be required.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in strategic planning, sales management, and business development
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client and team relationships
  • Knowledge of epoxy, polyurethane, waterproofing, and other specialized construction products is a plus
  • Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasts, and using CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
