Account Management

Manage and grow assigned accounts, primarily across government agencies, while building strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
Understand customer needs, coordinate with presales teams on proposals and quotations, and maintain accurate customer profiles.
Drive account revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction through effective project, payment, renewal, and event/training coordination.

Sales Operations Management

Coordinate tender briefings and lead bid reviews with presales teams.
Ensure the timely completion and quality of tender proposals, quotations, and submissions for BQ, RFI, RFP, ITQ, and ITT opportunities.
Track timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and align resources to support customer engagements.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience in a System Integrator (SI) or relevant IT environment.
Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and commercial skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good sales and opportunity analysis skills.
