Sales Account Manager

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include maintaining and developing relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for account growth, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to meet customer needs effectively.

• Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the IT industry or a related field is an advantage
