Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the primary contact for customer account management, handling all inquiries and concerns.
  • Proactively engage with clients on a monthly basis to nurture and expand existing accounts.
  • Foster strong customer relationships to maximize their long-term value.
  • Identify opportunities and promptly address customer issues with precision.
  • Guarantee prompt and successful delivery of our solutions to meet customer needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams (such as Customer Service and Product Development) to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor account metrics, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Share your weekly sales report to facilitate effective communication and improve performance analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of at least 3 years in sales, account management, key account management, or business development roles.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Business English communication
  • Experienced in closing sales deals through cold calling.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and competitive environment, showcasing remarkable adaptability.
