Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Drive and achieve assigned sales targets by promoting and selling the company's products and services to corporate customers, while developing new business opportunities, penetrating new markets, and expanding existing accounts through upselling and solution-based selling.
  2. Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with customers, principals, and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction, positive brand representation, and long-term account growth.
  3. Plan and execute sales strategies in collaboration with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, Business Development, Finance, and Sales leadership, to meet overall business objectives and deliver principal and company targets.
  4. Manage the full sales cycle, including sales inquiries, proposals, tenders, quotations, presentations, service orders, and invoicing support, ensuring quality engagement and healthy gross margins.
  5. Monitor customer accounts receivable, support payment follow-ups when necessary, and ensure compliance with KPIs, certification requirements, and company policies.
  6. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, while maintaining accurate sales records and providing regular sales performance and pipeline reports.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 35 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT products, solutions, or services (Sangfor/Cisco/Fortigate/Aruba/Juniper etc)
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  3. Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles, including proposals, tenders, quotations, and contract negotiation
  4. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and principals
  5. Experience working cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Business Development, Finance, and Operations teams
  6. Relevant principal certifications would be an added advantage
