The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
The Account Manager will be involved in managing an existing portfolio of clients to achieve individual client budgets and objectives.
Responsibilities include client management, responding to client briefs, organic client growth, new business development/opportunities, strategic client development, proactive idea generation, developing creative and innovative solutions with lateral thinking, preparing presentations, costing/quoting, budget management and general administration tasks.
Strong client management and relationship building skills are a prerequisite, along with knowledge across providing Marketing Services (eg. Merchandise/POS); whilst working towards providing an integrated approach towards a holistic below-the-line marketing offer.
This role will enable you to develop and increase your knowledge across a range of Marketing Services with an enviable range of clients and be involved in how they go to market. With experience, you will be able to develop and grow your own portfolio of clients, along with your own team.

Project Management Manage a portfolio of clients to meet their briefs, achieve objectives and business
targets as agreed Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns:
o Back and front-end work to be completed from quoting, costing and delivering merchandise to pitching new promotions in the BTL space
o Ability to clearly and concisely brief creative, digital, sourcing and operations teams on activations and their relative deliverables
o Work with internal teams to ensure successful solution and completion
Respond to client briefs on time, within budget and to specification
Manage all jobs from brief stage through to production and or execution and delivery
Stakeholder Management & Client Service
Maintain and develop strong working client relationships with frequent client contact and meetings
Manage internal support teams to ensure all requirements are successfully achieved
Liaison with supply partners as necessary to deliver on objectives New Business Development
Proactive client growth through driving creative and innovative ideas/activation with organic and new clients
Drive and manage cross service integration with portfolio of clients across all Zinc's service offerings
Budget Management Ensure all reporting is up to date
Achieve budgets and targets in relation to:
o Prospects current and new clients
o Conversion rate
o Revenue and gross profit for assigned clients and new business targets
Strategic Thinking Strategic account planning (monthly, quarterly, yearly) including developing annual
client plan with objectives and actions to enact through FY
Ability to deliver BTL (below the line) solutions through lateral thinking and innovation to achieve best possible results
