Job Responsibilities:*_
- Reply to customer chat & inquiries on e-commerce platform and handle walk in customer
- Admin support by updating SKUs, store decoration, open invoice, quotation and others
- Upload product pictures and content on e-commerce platform
- Manage our E-commerce media strategy across platforms like Ws, Fb, Shopee, Lazada & others.

- Analyze sales data for sales report & come out with sales strategy suggestion.
- Process orders to warehouse team and monitor return repair by warehouse team.
- Assist in promoting our products across various online platforms. Creativity and a positive attitude are key!
_Job Requirements:

- Language: Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and basic English.
- - Able to work from (9am - 11pm), weekend and public holiday to reply customer inquiries
- - Prefer : Malay (Female)
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using social media and e-commerce platforms, with basic computer skills. Know use CANVA is BONUS !
- Communication Skills: Friendly and professional, able to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Problem Solver: Able to handle issues that may arise during daily operations with a calm and positive attitude.
- Team Player: Willing to learn, adapt, and work closely with others to achieve team goals.
