Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in day-to-day sales activities, including managing client communications, preparing sales reports, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide support in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in market research and identify potential new clients and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and managing sales documentation.
- Travel to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and support the Sales Manager in various sales activities (travel claims provided).
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales assistance or a similar role, preferably in the solar hardware or related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Mandarin would be considered an added advantage
