Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in day-to-day sales activities, including managing client communications, preparing sales reports, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide support in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist in market research and identify potential new clients and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and managing sales documentation.
  • Travel to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and support the Sales Manager in various sales activities (travel claims provided).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales assistance or a similar role, preferably in the solar hardware or related industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin would be considered an added advantage
