Work Location: Malacca, Malaysia

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Executive to support our sales team in managing property sales processes. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating with buyers, financial institutions, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities (But not limited to below):

  • Manage end-to-end sales administration processes from booking to handover.
  • Prepare and process sales documentation including SPA, booking forms, and related documents.
  • Liaise with purchasers, lawyers, and bankers to follow up on loan status and documentation.
  • Ensure timely execution of Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan agreements.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in systems such as e-SPA and iDsaya.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, legal, project team) on sales matters.
  • Monitor billing, collections, and ensure proper documentation for progressive payments.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and administrative documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.

Job Requirements:

  • 25 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in property development.
  • Familiar with e-SPA, iDsaya, and loan documentation processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Proficient in Chinese is an advantage.
