Job Description

We are seeking an Administrator to organize and manage our company's day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other relevant activities.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate colleagues.
  • Assist with key tasks in accounting operations and functions.
  • Undertake any ad hoc assignments assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required.
  • Good communication skills are essential.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
