We are seeking an Administrator to organize and manage our company's day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other relevant activities.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate colleagues.
- Assist with key tasks in accounting operations and functions.
- Undertake any ad hoc assignments assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Degree.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required.
- Good communication skills are essential.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
