Job Requirement:
- Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Business Administration / Computer Science or equivalent.
- min. 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in inside sales/tele-sales is preferred.
- Target-driven with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
- Basic knowledge in IT (network security) and able to speak Chinese will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Responsibility:
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, etc.
- Proactively make outbound calls/emails to prospective clients to introduce IT products, services, and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal sales and product team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth.
