Job Requirement:

  • Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Business Administration / Computer Science or equivalent.
  • min. 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in inside sales/tele-sales is preferred.
  • Target-driven with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Basic knowledge in IT (network security) and able to speak Chinese will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attractive commission scheme with great benefits provided.

  • Job Responsibility:

    • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, etc.
    • Proactively make outbound calls/emails to prospective clients to introduce IT products, services, and solutions.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Coordinate with internal sales and product team.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth.
