Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Administrative Assistant, located in Batu Caves. The Sales Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records through data entry, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Data Entry to manage records and documentation efficiently
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address customer needs and facilitate smooth interactions
  • Basic understanding of Sales processes to provide support to the sales team effectively
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient with office software and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role or related field is advantageous
  • Minimum qualification of a diploma in Business Administration or a related field
