Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, document, and process orders via email or phone and contact clients to obtain missing information or answer any queries.
  • Conduct data accuracy checking in orders and invoices.
  • Develop comprehensive monthly sales report.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Ensure sales target are met and report any deviations.
  • Manage sample preparations and meetings arrangement..
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Sales/Marketing or any relevant field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Understand sales performance metrics.
  • Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
  • Able to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrate efficient time management and able to work with a minimal supervision.
