The Role
Key Responsibilities
This position is part of the Revenue Operations team and reports to the Head of Revenue Operations. The Sales Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of the company, processing orders, keeping track of customer information, and providing post-sale customer service assistance, with a focus on Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data accuracy. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, hands-on individual who can problem-solve, meet deadlines, and translate operational activity into clear reporting and visibility.
Core responsibilities
- Salesforce Reporting & Analytics
- Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards to support Sales, RevOps, and leadership visibility
- Support pipeline, bookings, renewals, and operational reporting requests
- Ensure reports and dashboards are based on consistent, well-governed data definitions
- CRM (Salesforce) Data Management
- Assist with Salesforce data entry, maintenance, and hygiene across Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, and Contracts
- Audit Salesforce Opportunities to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to required processes
- Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and work proactively to resolve them
- Sales & Client Support Operations
- Support Sales and Client Support teams with client entitlement and access issues
- Allocate and grant platform access for internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support order processing and post-sale updates in CRM
- Operational Excellence & Process Support
- Support Revenue Operations initiatives by providing reliable data and reporting
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis, audits, and operational requests as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing is preferred. High school diploma with equivalent work experience will make the candidate fully qualified.
- A minimum of 1 years demonstrated experience in a Sales Support role
- The ability to work effectively with people in a diverse environment where change and flexibility is essential.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
