Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manages virtually all inbound leads (phone, live chat, social media etc).
  • Generate and qualify leads to create new sales opportunities.
  • Works closely with end customers to move sales opportunities to closure.
  • Sets and executes sales strategy for assigned portion of account.
  • Aggressively reviews account activities in pursuit of new business or up-selling opportunities.
  • Builds targeted sales pipeline and forecasts data driven sales activities.
  • Generate customers interest in staff training and development and recommend suitable programs to meet their needs.
  • Any other ADHOC items given to you by Head of Department or Management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Management or any related field
  • Preferable 1-2 years working experience in related fields such as telemarketing sales, customer service and/ or inbound sales.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Passionate about sales
  • Energetic and ability to approach people
  • Good Client relation skills
  • Possess some negotiation skills is added advantage
