Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Business coordination in Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.) and India, extracting customer needs and conducting customer communication, as well as preparing the English version of the solutions.
  • After-sales service for equipment (participating in and learning during equipment delivery, resolving issues during the maintenance period)
  • Preparation of local standard delivery materials (in English)
  • Construction of local automation support (including processing, searching for standard parts suppliers)

Skill Requirements

  • Have a basic understanding of PLC applications and be able to modify some programs (remote access is acceptable but a foundation is required).
  • Be able to understand mechanical drawings and use CAD.
  • Have practical skills and be able to identify wiring problems and make connections, disassemble and modify mechanisms.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese.
