Description:
We're looking for a driven Sales Agent to support prospective clients across the full funnel, from first enquiry through to live trading accounts. You'll be responsible for building relationships, converting leads, and helping clients get the most out of Blueberry's platform and services.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role where communication, discipline, and consistency matter just as much as sales results.
Note: At Blueberry, moving with purpose means showing up, connecting, and building momentum together. This role is based onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Monday to Friday, where the real magic happens.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Engage with new and existing leads to drive account openings and conversions
- Educate clients on Blueberry's trading platform and services
- Convert demo users into live trading accounts
- Follow structured outreach processes and maintain call discipline
- Provide high-quality customer service across all interactions
- Ensure all sales activity is compliant, ethical, and aligned with regulations
- Manage client relationships with structure and attention to detail
- Understand client needs and tailor communication accordingly
- Handle FAQs and objections with confidence and clarity
- Contribute to team targets and broader sales objectives
Skills and Experiences:

Extra Points if You Have
- Experience in financial services, banking, or trading
- Knowledge of forex or CFD markets
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools
- RG146 certification (or equivalent financial services qualification)
