This full-time role as an Orthopedic Sales Representative is based on-site in WP Kuala Lumpur. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospitals to promote Neomedix's orthopedic solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include strategizing and executing sales activities, conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, providing technical support during surgical procedures, and analyzing sales data to achieve targets. Ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations is critical.

• Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in the medical or healthcare industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with orthopedic products and procedures is an advantage
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to clients
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data and planning targeted sales strategies
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel locally as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Medical Sciences, or a related field preferred
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
