Education Counselor (Sales & Marketing Student Recruitment)

Bright Vision Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Education Counselor to join our Student Recruitment team. This role focuses on driving student enrolments, building recruitment pipelines, and converting prospective students into successful candidates. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, proactive in outreach efforts, and skilled at building meaningful relationships to expand our reach in student recruitment.
As an Education Counselor at Bright Vision Group, you will work in a fast-paced environment, helping students and their families navigate their education journeys and facilitating the application process for institutions we represent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Recruitment & Sales Conversion
- Drive student recruitment by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective students into enrolled applicants.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to application and enrollment.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Outreach, Partnerships & Lead Generation
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies through education fairs, school visits, community events, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, schools, and key influencers to drive high-quality student referrals.
- Actively source and nurture new recruitment channels and partnership opportunities.
- Consultation & Application Advisory
- Provide professional education counseling to prospective students and their families regarding program selection, career pathways, admissions processes, and scholarship opportunities.
- Guide students throughout the full application journey, ensuring timely submission and seamless conversion from inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct personalized consultations and group briefings to highlight the value of the programs we represent.
- Recruitment Events & Engagement
- Plan and execute recruitment events such as open houses, campus tours, workshops, and partner-based activities.
- Represent Bright Vision Group at education exhibitions and outreach events to generate inquiries and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and exceptional experience for prospective students.
- Digital Engagement & Marketing Support
- Utilize social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other channels to engage prospective students and generate leads.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging marketing content, digital campaigns, and storytelling to showcase the programs and institutions we work with.
- Share market insights to optimize recruitment strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.

- Preferred skills and attributes:
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to influence and convert prospects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Proficient in spoken and written Arabic
- Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and other digital tools
- Experience in content creation (short videos, reels, captions, visual storytelling) is a plus
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends when required
