Role Description

The Sales & Service Executive (Bukit Indah) will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales for AEON Credit Service. In this full-time, on-site role located in Johor Baharu, the executive will assist customers with financial product inquiries, handle product applications, support promotional activities, and maintain positive customer relationships. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing accurate information regarding AEON Credit's wide range of services.

Qualifications

• Customer relations and communication skills, ensuring positive customer experiences and clear explanations of products
• Sales and service skills for meeting targets and promoting products effectively
• Basic financial knowledge and the ability to assist customers with financial decisions and product applications
• Good organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple customer requests
• Proficiency in local languages and command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing, business administration, or related fields are advantageous
