Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
Collaborate with sales managers to forecast future sales based on historical data and market trends.
Create regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance, identify improvement areas, and measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
Assist in the development of sales strategies and goals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance against goal to identify any shortfalls

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, with accredited management consultancy qualification or similar.
1-3 years of technical business analysis experience in a related industry.
Proven work experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
Proficiency in statistical tools and software for data analysis.
