Job Description :
Sales Performance & Reporting
- Consolidate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales data for ASEAN + TH (SellIn, SellThru, SellOut).
- Prepare business performance dashboards and executive summaries.
- Track channel, customer, SKU-level performance
- Manage data integrity across BI tools, distributor inputs, and internal systems.
Distributor & Country Team Support
- Work closely with Country Leads, Sales Managers, and Distributors to gather data and validate performance.
- Standardize Sell-Out and Sell-Thru reporting across markets.
- Support retail activation tracking, e-commerce KPIs, and consumer program ROI analysis.
Tools, Systems & Process Excellence
- Maintain dashboards in Power BI / Excel / internal analytics tools.
- Improve reporting templates and automate workflows where possible.
- Ensure strong governance of data management and timely submissions from countries.
Key KPIs
- Accuracy of sales reporting and forecasts
- Timeliness of weekly/monthly dashboards
- Improvement in Sell-Out visibility across markets
- Efficiency gains through automation and standardized reporting
- Quality of insights enabling growth decisions
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in Sales Analysis, Business Analytics, Commercial Finance, or related roles will be an added advantage. (preferably in Consumer, FMCG, or Lighting industry).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of sales funnels (Sell-In, Sell-Thru, Sell-Out) and channel/customer dynamics.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- This will be a 1-year trainee role.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, data modelling)
- Power BI / Tableau / Analytics platforms
CRM/ERP (e.g., SAP) exposure is an advantage
