Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Account Management Executive at SmartBite in Kuala Lumpur. The Executive will be responsible for lead generation, account management, communication, relationship building, and customer service on a daily basis.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation and account management (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting.
  • Experience in B2B sales or account management is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
