Job Responsibility
50% on Sales Channel Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise sales across various channels, including marketplace platforms, bulk/corporate orders, and strategic partnerships (consignments).
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of sales strategies.
50% on Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Implement customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives to enhance customer lifetime value.
Marketing And Promotions
- Devise and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, advertisements, and social media content.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for innovative marketing strategies.
Sales Target Achievement
- Set realistic sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them within specified timelines.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make necessary adjustments to meet or exceed targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights into customer preferences and trends.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure inventory management and order fulfillment align with sales demands.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles
- Strong understanding of marketplace platforms, retail operations, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with current market trends and consumer behavior in the fashion industry.
