Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Associate, based in Shah Alam with the flexibility to work partially from home. The role entails promoting products and services, supporting sales and marketing campaigns, engaging and managing client relationships, and collaborating with the team to achieve business goals. The associate will also participate in training sessions to enhance skills and maintain an updated understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients effectively
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to drive campaigns and meet business objectives
• Experience or interest in Training and Sales for providing client solutions and development
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Proven ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Prior experience in a similar role or the financial services industry is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferred
