Sales And Marketing Executive

About the Company

Strong B2B sales and business development experience, with proven expertise in new customer acquisition, market development, consultative selling, negotiation and account management across multiple industries including manufacturing and automotive.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and identify potential customers in the automotive, air-conditioning, refrigeration and related industries.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to expand business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer needs, industry trends and potential applications for the company's products.
• Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements, specifications and business needs.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and other commercial terms.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production and Quality teams to support customer requirements and new product development projects.
• Monitor market and competitor activities and develop sales strategies to achieve business growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and business development plans, and coordinate with Japan HQ and overseas group companies when required.

Qualification

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales OR business development experience in manufacturing.
