Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Cyberjaya, responsible for driving business growth and brand visibility for Space Up Design. Daily tasks include identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting interior design services, and managing the sales process from lead generation through follow-up. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating digital and offline marketing activities, and supporting promotional events and exhibitions. The executive will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide insights to refine sales and marketing strategies. Collaboration with the design team to align proposals with client needs, preparation of sales materials and presentations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems are key aspects of the position.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and implement effective campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present design solutions clearly and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in sales or marketing within interior design, architecture, property, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Cyberjaya, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office and presentation tools (e.g., MS Office, slide creation); familiarity with social media or digital advertising platforms is an advantage.
